I have only been to this store once, but I had a good overall experience with them. I brought my car into their shop for an oil change and to have my charging system checked. This was because my brake and battery light on my car were flashing at me at random times. I also asked them for an inspection of the car to make sure everything they typically check, looked good and to have my tires rotated. I gave these guys my cell phone # to contact me when the car is done. I walked to work from their store that day as they are within walking distance from Mikro-Data. I didn’t drop the car off until about 3:30 in the afternoon for all this work to be done.
Having dropped my car off later in the afternoon then I normally would, I didn’t expect to hear anything back from them before 6 PM. They close at 7 PM. Well the car was finished around 5:30 PM and I walked back down there to pick it up. They took the time to walk me through what they saw wrong when they opened up the hood of my car. A ground wire was detached from where it should have been due to a missing bolt. They reattached the ground wire for me free of charge. The charging system on my car came back and tested fine. There was no charge for them to test the charging system or my battery. The oil change was just over $50, and they did everything to make sure that my car was good to go.
I enjoyed dealing with the guys at Tire Discounters. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and about their work. I enjoyed the fact that I had a question about something and the mechanic who worked on my car took time away from the car he was working on when I got there in order to show me what he had done. It made me feel that these guys do care about their customers and don’t just push you out the door like you aren’t important to them once they have your money. There are other places in town that make you feel like you’re just there so they can take your money.
Would I recommend these guys to you my friends? The answer is yes. I would recommend you guys go to Tire Discounters on Winchester road if you are in the area and need to get your car looked at. Unlike another outfit down the road from this shop, I wouldn’t recommend, as I indicated in a separate review. These guys actually care about their customers and want each of their customers to leave happy and satisfied so you come back. The possibility that I will be back to this store is a 10/10. As long as I’m in that area and encounter an issue with my car I would trust them to do a professional job.
